RENT PROCEDURE AND TERMS
1. Reservation/rental is basically done by entering the date, number, type, and size on the booking interface (at least the day before the rental, but it is recommended to plan and reserve the bicycles earlier).
2. Before renting, please make sure to arrange it by phone at 0036 20 770 4808!
3. The electric bicycle can only be used by a person over the age of 14 with an ID card (or passport, driving license). (In the case of children between the ages of 14 and 18, an adult escort is required who makes a declaration of responsibility.)
4. A valid, photo ID must be presented and deposited (ID card, residence card, passport, driving license).
5. The prepared rental contract must be filled out and signed.
6. You can pick up the electric bicycles between 8-9 am on the day of rental, and you can return them between 5-6 pm on the day of return. (We will arrange the exact time in person!) Electric bicycles can only be rented for half a day depending on capacity. But feel free to ask! For renting and receiving other equipment, it is necessary to arrange it by phone.
7. Electric bicycles can be picked up for a deposit of 50,000 HUF (per e-bike). If there is no damage to the bicycle or a fault, we will of course return the deposit upon return. Please pay the deposit in cash or by transferring it to Revolut upon pick-up! (There are individual deposits for renting other equipment.)
8. The electric bicycles provided can be used in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to e-bikes in force at all times and the Road Traffic Act. Their use is at your own risk! The renter is responsible for any damage caused or in the event of theft. He/she bears the costs and burdens of this.
9. After use, please return the bicycles/equipment in the same condition as received. It is important that rented bicycles are not allowed to be used for Downhill!
10. Transport/rescue: If the battery runs out or there is a puncture/accident, there is no possibility of rescue! Basically, the bicycle must be returned to the renter! Of course, if a more serious problem arises, we will try to provide telephone assistance. If "rescue" is still necessary, we will try to solve it for a transport/rescue fee.
